A large glass beaded wire wreath, shaped as a heart, with a plaster cherub in its centre. This is a wonderfully designed decorative item. The bead work creating the flowers and leaves is beautifully executed and made using soft pale grey and white glass beads.

History ~
Dating from the early 1900's these bead work wreaths were made in France.  They were used to commemorate special occasions, including funerals.

Condition ~
Consistent with age and light use, the bead work is complete and the framework is solid.
