Pair of Castelnauday terracotta planters.

A good sized substantial matching pair, each with a pair of handles and a central drainage hole.

Wonderful strong emerald green glaze and decorative patina with inconsistencies in the glaze.

History ~
Circa 1900, France.

Condition ~
The wear is consistent with age and normal usage. There are some chips and losses to the terracotta. The glaze on the bases is cracked but it has not penetrated the terracotta and they are sturdy and usable.
